Feedback Module of the Shell B2B Portal System


The main objective of the "Feedback" module implementation was to organize the centralized collection of information and store feedback messages from visitors of different B2B resources and websites of the Shell company, as well as to receive questions from those clients who are not the registered users.

The second objective was to raise the level of customer information support.

The third objective was to provide the ability to create different feedback forms and place them on different web resources and company websites.
