Petrol Station Portal - A Portal for Effective Interaction Between Petrol Station Networks and Customers


The Petrol Station Portal has been developed specifically to automate the processes of B2B/B2C interaction between the petrol/gas station network and customers. The Portal allows to improve the customer service quality and clients’ loyalty to the petrol station network. It also promotes the timely receipt of feedback on service problems that bother customers. Implementation of the Petrol Station Portal reduces the labor costs for processing calls and requests from clients, as well as gives the opportunity to establish reliable partnership with suppliers.

The Petrol Station Portal represents a set of ready-made online applications, each responsible for optimization of a particular task.

The portal can be installed either in full or in part. A customer can always choose only the most necessary applications.

On the request of a customer, each application can be customized according to certain processes of the company. It is also possible to develop new applications and integrate them into the Portal.

Basic functionality of the Petrol Station Portal:

  • management of corporate clients’ fuel cards;
  • automatic generation and sending of invoices to the 1С system of the petrol station network;
  • collection of reports on the balance of different fuel types at petrol stations;
  • creation of statistical samples and reports on sales of different fuel types at petrol stations;
  • provision of the petrol station call center employees with an access to information about customers’ cards;
  • publication of information about the petrol station network location on Google map and placement of the map fragment on the company website;
  • possibility for the petrol station employees to edit information about the petrol station without central office involvement;
  • organization of online catalog of documents with limited customer access;
  • publication of news and ads, bulk email and sms sending using the customer database;
  • collection of feedback from customers, storage of the archive of collected messages;
  • collection of customers’ ideas on improving the petrol station work, customers’ voting for or against proposed ideas.

The Petrol Station Portal works on the basis of WEB100.Platform, which provides a ready-made infrastructure for building Internet solutions of B2B/В2С interaction and thus makes the cost of developed solutions 20-40% lower than when developing from scratch. Quality of solutions based on WEB100.Platform is confirmed by independent testing and meets the standards of high-loaded systems construction and information security standards. B2B interaction system, which is developed based on the platform, has been successfully operated by Shell Retail Ukraine. Currently, we are preparing to launch projects in several other companies.
